Terms and Conditions

  1. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS or Canada Post.
  2. All product ingredients must be confirmed by the manufacturer or their website. For manufacturer information, please contact candycrew@sweetdelivery.co
  3. Tracking numbers will be provided via email when available. Sweet Delivery LLC is not responsible for missing shipments or shipping delays once the gift has left our possession. Refunds will not be issued in these instances.
  4. Products are packaged and stored in a facility which may contain nuts and / or nut products. Consider all known allergies / preferences when placing your treat selection. Sweet Delivery LLC assumes no responsibility for adverse reactions.
  5. Un-redeemed gifts do not expire. If the recipient chooses not to select their treats, no refunds will be issued. The gift is not transferable.
  6. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Our crew will be unavailable during weekends and holidays.
  7. Any custom orders which include a logo will not be refunded.
  8. By providing a logo for custom orders, you are declaring that you have permission to use that logo and its likeness. Sweet Delivery is not responsible for any unauthorized use.
  9. We strive to stock all our treat selections however on occasion, we may not have the selected treat available. In this case, a substitute item of our choosing will be provided.
  10. Our treats are perishable and are affected by the outside temperature of the environment during transportation and at the destination. Please consider this when ordering. Chocolate type treats may melt in warmer climates. Sweet Delivery LLC assumes no responsibility once the gift has left our packaging facility. Refunds will not be issued in this instance.
